Case study 01
Just Chillin
A snowball stand, the property it sits on and a pizza place on the way: three brands on three domains, run from one site. We designed and built it from a blank file for Just Chillin in Glen Burnie, with a catering form that reaches the owners by email and text, and an editor they use themselves.

The starting point
Three brands, one property and no website
Just Chillin is a snowball stand on Crain Highway in Glen Burnie, and the first business on a property its owners call Quarter & Crain. Burntown, a sourdough pizza place, is next door and on the way. They came to us with no website and a plan bigger than one shop.
So the brief was three brands at once: a stand that is open now, an umbrella for the property and its events, and a pizza place that needed a waitlist before it had an oven. Each wanted its own name in the address bar and its own look. The owners wanted one place to keep all of it current, not three logins.
And one part mattered more than how any of it looked: catering and party requests. A form that shows a thank you screen while the request goes nowhere is worse than no form at all, so the path from that form to the owners' inbox was the most carefully built part of the site.

Where the decision gets made
Most visitors are nearby, on a phone, deciding where to go
Someone searching for snowballs in Glen Burnie wants three answers before anything else: where it is, when it's open and what's on the menu. So the phone gets those first, with a tap to call in the header and directions one tap away, and the catering form is short enough to finish with a thumb.

The whole thing, end to end
Every section, earned

What shipped
Everything every Harbor Tree build includes
- Three domains, justchillintreats.com, quarterandcrain.com and burntownpizza.com, served by one site, each with its own brand, colors and home page
- A catering and party request form that emails the owners, answers the customer from the right brand, and shows an error instead of a fake thank you if a message can't be delivered
- An editor the owners run themselves: menu, flavors, FAQ, events and guides change without a call to us
- Real photos of the stand and the patio, not stock
- Local pages for Pasadena, Severna Park, Brooklyn Park and Anne Arundel County, plus guides for people searching nearby
- A Burntown waitlist that signs up founding customers before the oven is lit
- All three home pages score 100 for accessibility, best practices and SEO on mobile, with performance from 91 to 95
