Privacy policy
The short version: we collect what you type into the form, use it only to reply to you, and never sell it. The longer version follows.
What we collect
When you submit our inquiry form, we collect what you type: your name, email address, business name (if given), what you're looking for, and your message. That's it — no hidden fields, no enrichment services buying extra data about you.
This site runs no advertising trackers. For traffic and performance measurement we use two tools from Vercel, our hosting provider: Vercel Analytics and Vercel Speed Insights. Both are cookieless and aggregate — they count visits and measure page speed without setting cookies, building profiles or following you to other sites. Like most websites, our hosting provider also records standard technical logs (IP address, browser type, pages requested) to keep the site secure and fast; we see those only in aggregate. If we add any other measurement tool, this policy will be updated to name it before it goes live.
How we use it
Inquiry details are used for exactly one purpose: responding to you about your project. We don't add you to newsletters you didn't ask for, share your details with third parties for marketing, or sell data to anyone, ever.
Inquiry emails are delivered through our email provider, Resend, which processes them solely to deliver the message to us.
How long we keep it
Inquiries are kept for as long as a working relationship is live or reasonably possible, and deleted on request at any time — just email us.
Your rights
You can ask us at any time what information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Email contact@theharbortree.com and we'll handle it promptly — no forms, no runaround.
Depending on where you live, laws like the GDPR (Europe) or CCPA (California) give you specific statutory rights over your data. We honor access, correction and deletion requests from everyone, regardless of jurisdiction.
