The name
Why “Harbor Tree”
A harbor is where things are safe, steady and looked after — boats come in battered and leave ready. A tree is the opposite kind of strength: it grows, season after season, because something tends the roots.
That's the whole philosophy. Your website should be the steady, dependable thing — fast, secure, never embarrassing to send to a prospect. And it should grow: more inquiries, better rankings, less admin, year after year. Most studios sell you one or the other. We don't think you should have to choose.
How we run
Small on purpose
Harbor Tree stays deliberately small: the person you talk to on the discovery call is the person doing the work. No account managers translating your emails, no juniors learning on your project, no ticket queues.
It also means we take on a limited number of projects at a time and say no when we're not the right fit. We'd rather point you somewhere good than do mediocre work with your name on it.
