Pricing
Two things we sell, priced separately
A website is a one-time build. Automation is a setup plus a flat monthly retainer, and it runs on any website — including the one you already have. Buy either on its own, or both together and save.
Founding pricing
We’re new here, and the first clients take the bigger risk
So they pay less for it. Automation setup is 25% off, and the automation part of the retainer is half price for your first 3 months once your workflows are live — not from the day you sign, so none of it is spent waiting on the phone companies. After that it’s the standard rate, which we won’t raise for 24 months.
For anyone who signs by 30 September 2026. Website builds and Care stay at their usual price.
Where are you starting?
Not sure? Answer five questions and we’ll point you at the right one — takes about thirty seconds.
Line one
The website
A one-time fee to design and build it. You own everything from day one — domain, hosting, code and content — with no retainer required to keep it.
Foundation
A five-page site that loads fast, reads clearly and asks for the job.
One-time build fee
- Five pages, designed from scratch — never a theme with your logo dropped in
- Built mobile-first and tested on real devices
- Set up so Google can actually find you — the behind-the-scenes work search engines look for, included as standard
- A contact form that reaches you in one tap
- A 90+ Google performance target, measured before launch
- Yours from day one — domain, hosting, code and content
Growth
Eight to ten pages, online booking, and copy written for every one of them.
One-time build fee
Everything in Foundation, plus:
- Eight to ten pages, including location or service pages that rank on their own
- Online booking wired straight into your calendar
- Copywriting for every page — drafted by us, with two rounds of revisions included
- Analytics wired in, so you can see which pages produce inquiries
Signature
Multi-location, e-commerce, and connections into the systems you already run.
One-time build fee
Everything in Growth, plus:
- Pages for every location and every service — we agree the exact number before we start
- Sell online, with card payments handled securely
- Your product list, tax and postage set up — we agree the size of it before we start
- Custom integrations with the software you already pay for
- Front of the line through launch — every email answered the same business day
Add automation below, or start with the site and layer it in later. More about how we build.
Line two
The automation
Already have a website? Start here. We don’t need to rebuild anything — automation runs off your phone number, your inbox and the tools you already pay for.
Start small
One workflow, built in days
The fastest way to find out whether this works for your business is to run one and watch it. Each of these is a single job, done properly, on the site and tools you already have.
One thing worth knowing: before any business can send automatic texts, the phone companies have to approve the number. That takes about two weeks and there's no way around it. We start the paperwork on day one and build everything while we wait, so the moment it clears, it runs.
Missed-Call Text-Back
A call you couldn't take gets an instant text, before they ring the next name on the list.
+ $75/ month
for your first 3 months, then $149 — cancel with 30 days’ notice
- Every missed call triggers a text back within seconds
- Replies land wherever you already work — phone or inbox
- A monthly note on how many calls it caught
Review Engine
A review request goes out after every finished job, routed straight to Google.
+ $100/ month
for your first 3 months, then $199 — cancel with 30 days’ notice
- Automatic review request after each completed job
- Routed to your Google Business Profile
- By email, or by text once your customers opt in
- A monthly note: how many requests went out, and how your Google review count moved
Speed-to-Lead
Every form and email inquiry gets a real reply in under a minute, day or night.
+ $100/ month
for your first 3 months, then $199 — cancel with 30 days’ notice
- Instant, personal-sounding reply to every new inquiry
- Sent straight to your inbox, spreadsheet or contact list, with their details already filled in
- Works at 9pm on a Sunday, which is when half of them arrive
Quote Follow-Up
Unaccepted quotes get nudged at day 2, 5 and 14. Most trades never follow up once.
+ $125/ month
for your first 3 months, then $249 — cancel with 30 days’ notice
- Automatic nudges on quotes that haven't been answered
- Stops the moment they reply or accept
- A monthly note on quotes recovered
Run the business
When one workflow isn’t the problem
Most businesses don’t have one leak, they have six. These packages map the whole operation on a working session, then wire the lot.
Operations
Four workflows running the repeated motions of the business.
+ $250/ month
for your first 3 months, then $499 — cancel with 30 days’ notice
- Four workflows, chosen with you on the mapping call — more at the add-on rate
- Choose from booking, text reminders, inquiry routing, follow-up sequences and invoice nudges
- Every workflow monitored and tuned as part of the retainer
- A monthly report of what ran and what it caught — replies sent, reviews requested, quotes chased
Back Office
Ten workflows, wired into the software you already run.
+ $450/ month
for your first 3 months, then $899 — cancel with 30 days’ notice
- Ten workflows across the operation, chosen together on the mapping call — more at the add-on rate
- Custom integrations with the tools you already run — each scoped and confirmed before we build it
- A quarterly optimization session to plan the next ones
- Front of the line — every email answered the same business day
Built for your trade
The same engine, already pointed at your problems
Same engine as Operations, already built for your trade — so it costs more, and it lands faster and with fewer surprises than starting from a blank page.
Birthday offers, loyalty messages and mileage-based reminders are marketing under federal law, so they need your customers' written permission first. We'll set that up with you as a separate step — ask and we'll walk you through it.

- Job and appointment reminders
- Review requests after every completed job

Care · $129/month
Hosting, security, a backup every day, software updates, an alert if the site goes down, and thirty minutes of content changes. It attaches to any build and it’s optional — care is plumbing, not a product. it keeps what you own running — the work happens in the automation line.
The real comparison
You’re not buying software. You’re buying the hire you can’t justify yet.
Measured against a website, a retainer looks steep. Measured against the person you’d have to employ to do these jobs properly, it’s the cheapest member of staff you’ll ever take on.
A part-time admin
10 hours a week at $20/hour
- Answers every inquiry the moment it lands
- Chases the quotes nobody replied to
- Reminds tomorrow's appointments they're booked
- Asks each finished customer for a review
- Nudges the invoices that have gone quiet
Before payroll tax. Does the jobs when they remember, and goes home at five — which is when half your inquiries arrive.
Operations
The same jobs, wired into how you already work
- Answers every inquiry the moment it lands
- Chases the quotes nobody replied to
- Reminds tomorrow's appointments they're booked
- Asks each finished customer for a review
- Nudges the invoices that have gone quiet
Every time, in under a minute, at two in the morning. It doesn’t forget, doesn’t take holiday, and doesn’t need managing.
The admin figure is 10 hours × $20× 52 weeks ÷ 12 — deliberately conservative, and it excludes payroll tax, holiday and the cost of training someone. We’d rather show the arithmetic than ask you to take the comparison on trust.
Why these numbers
We’d rather show the math than hope you don’t ask
Every price on this page is set against what the same work costs when you buy it one app, one contractor or one hire at a time.
Websites · $2,900 – $9,500
Surveys of solo and freelance designers put the most common project band at $2,500–$4,999, with full studio builds running to $10k. Our own guide puts a professional studio site at $3,500–$9,500. Foundation starts below that band on purpose — it is five pages, for the businesses that genuinely only need five — while Growth and Signature sit inside it.
Care · $129/month
Managed hosting with security, backups and monitoring retails for $50–90 a month on its own, and content edits normally start appearing around the $80–90 mark. Care includes thirty minutes of them.
Wedges · from $700 + $149/month
Automation consultants charge $500–3,000 to build a single workflow. A wedge is one workflow built, monitored and tuned — priced at the bottom of that range because we've built it before.
Operations · $3,200 + $499/month
Four workflows. Bought one at a time as wedges they'd run $2,800–4,800 to build, and the reputation and follow-up software they replace runs $125–450 a month before anyone wires it together or watches it run.
And the part we’re proudest of: website-subscription companies routinely delete your site when you cancel, or hold the code for years. Everything we build is registered to you from day one — leave any time, keep everything. If one of the market numbers above drifts, tell us; we’d rather fix the page than defend it.

The fine print, in plain language
What every package promises
- The price you're quoted is the price you pay. We agree on one number before any work starts — no hidden extras, no surprise invoices later.
- Packages are a starting point. Different pages, different workflows? We'll adjust what's included — and the price — on a quick call.
- Setup is billed half at kickoff and half at launch, or in three payments if that suits your cash flow better.
- Everything is yours from day one — your website, your web address and all your content. You're never locked in or held hostage.
- The retainer is billed monthly with no lock-in. Commit to a year up front and we waive a month, or cancel any time with 30 days' notice. After the first year we may raise it by up to 4%, never without 60 days' written notice — and a prepaid year is locked at the rate you paid.
- Maryland charges 3% sales tax on web and IT services. It appears as its own line on every invoice rather than hidden inside the price.
Why setup + a retainer?
The setup pays for building the machine — the site, the copy, the workflows, the launch. The retainer pays for the machine running: workflows firing, monitored and tuned, failures reaching us before they reach you. Web projects have a reputation for invoices that grow in the dark; ours is one fixed number up front and one flat number a month, both agreed before work starts.
On tax: Maryland charges 3% sales tax on web and IT services. We show it as its own line rather than burying it in the price. It appears on your invoice as its own line, at 3%.
