SEO & AI search
Being found isn’t bought. It’s built
Whether the searcher is a person on Google or an assistant writing a three-name answer, what gets read is the same thing: your pages. This is the groundwork every build ships with, what keeps it true afterwards, and the promises about rankings we refuse to make — because nobody honest can.
What to know before you pay for “SEO”
Four things that sort the real quotes from the vague ones. The short version is the headline; open one for the rest.
“SEO included” is the least informative phrase on a quote
It can mean titles written for every page, a plugin somebody installed once, or nothing at all — and from the quote, you cannot tell which.
- The foundations are finite and checkable, so make any studio name them: titles and descriptions per page, heading structure, clean addresses, a sitemap, structured data, speed, redirects if you're moving.
- Ours are named below — and on the quote — so you can hold us to them by name.
Google and the AI assistants read the same site
An assistant asked for a plumber doesn't consult some AI directory. It searches the web, opens a handful of results, and writes its answer from what it managed to read.
- Structured data, headings in order, plain answers to real questions, speed: the checklist for being quotable by an assistant is the checklist good SEO always demanded.
- So “AI optimization” is not a second project with a second invoice. Foundations built once are read by both machines.
Foundations are construction. Rankings are weather
A builder can honestly promise the state of the site the day it ships. Where it ranks afterwards also depends on your competitors, your reviews and Google's own changes — none of which anyone sells.
- That is why everything promised on this page is build work you can inspect, not a position on a results page.
- A studio guaranteeing page one — or a vendor guaranteeing a mention in ChatGPT's answers — is selling the same product: a feeling.
Launch gets it right once. Staying found is upkeep
What decays after launch is mostly facts and speed: hours change, pages accumulate, links break — and a machine that catches your site being wrong learns not to quote it.
- Care Complete carries the technical half — schema, sitemaps, broken links and speed regressions caught and fixed before they cost you rankings — the same structure AI assistants read before recommending anyone.
- New pages, posts and campaigns are different work: real marketing, scoped and quoted separately. No plan here includes them quietly.
Ask these before you sign
Any studio doing the work can answer each in a sentence.
- Which pages get written titles and descriptions — all of them?
- What happens to my existing page addresses?
- Is the analytics registered in my name or yours?
- What would you need from me to keep improving this?
Named, not implied
What “SEO included” means on our quote
The foundations, row by row. Every one is part of the build on every tier — construction, not a marketing package — and every one is inspectable the week you launch.
- A title and description written for every page by a person, for the searcher deciding whether to click — never generated from the page name
- Headings in order, addresses that read like English the same structure screen readers, search engines and AI assistants all navigate by
- Readable by search engines and AI assistants your business, hours and service area written into the markup both read — and your questions marked up so the answers can show in results directly
- A sitemap with honest dates crawlers are told what actually changed and when, not that everything changed at the last deploy
- Findable on Google search-engine groundwork and your Google Business Profile wired to the site
- A 90+ performance score measured on Google's own test before you go live
- Google Search Console and Bing, in your name so what the search engines report comes to you, and we read it over your shoulder
None of this is an upgrade, and none of it comes back later as an optimisation invoice. The tiers and their prices are on one page.
Moving from a site that already ranks for something? The migration is its own line on that page: every old address inventoried and redirected to its new home, so a link somebody published years ago still lands and the search engines are told where each page went — never left to find a dead end.
The second reader
When the searcher is an assistant
More people now ask ChatGPT or Gemini for a recommendation and take the two or three names that come back. The assistant isn’t ranking you — it searches, reads what loads in time, and quotes whoever answered its question.
What an assistant reads
Your structured data first — name, services, area, hours — then the pages themselves: headings it can follow, claims it can check, answers written in sentences. A slogan gives it nothing to quote.
What AI assistants actually readWhat it cross-checks
Assistants weigh your site against everything else that mentions you, your Google listing above all. When the two disagree about your hours or your phone number, the contradiction reads as risk — and the answer names someone less confusing.

Ask ChatGPT for your trade in your town, three or four different ways — ten minutes, free, and whatever comes back tells you exactly where you are. Then read your site the way a machine does: the free Site Check shows you what one finds.

Promises that should end a conversation
Three things this page deliberately does not offer — from anyone. Hearing one on a sales call is the clearest signal this market gives you.
A ranking
Nobody controls where Google puts you, and an honest studio prices what it controls: the state of the site. If a competitor guarantees page one, ask them to put the refund terms in writing and watch the guarantee change shape.
What “SEO included” should meanA place in an AI's answer
Answers vary between models, between days, and between phrasings of one question. “Guaranteed placement in AI results” is a guaranteed ranking with a fresh invoice. What can honestly be built is a site worth quoting when the assistant looks.
How assistants choose who to nameSEO as a mystery subscription
Ongoing SEO is real work — but it should name its deliverables the way a build names its foundations. Care Complete is the ongoing rung here, and every line of it is written on the plan, priced, where you can read it before you pay.
