Automation for salons

Built for salons and barbers.

Fills the quiet Tuesdays, stops the no-shows, and brings people back at five weeks instead of ten.

You don’t need a new website for any of this.

If yours works, we’ll build on it. Everything below runs off your phone number, your inbox and the tools you already use.

Where the work leaks

A chair that sits empty at two on a Tuesday can never be sold again. That hour is simply gone, and the frustrating part is that somebody would have taken it — the client who cancelled this morning, the one on your waitlist, the regular who's drifted to nine weeks between visits without noticing. Nobody told any of them the slot existed.

No-shows do the same damage with an added insult: you held the time. One reminder the day before recovers most of them, but sending those reminders by hand means somebody sitting with the appointment book at closing, and that person is usually you, after a full day standing up.

Then there's the drift. A client on a five-week cycle who slips to eight has quietly cut what they're worth to you by a third, and it happens without any complaint or conversation. You just see them less. A nudge at the right week is the entire fix, and almost nobody sends it.

Where we’d start

The five-week rebooking nudge

It's the one owners feel fastest, because it works on the clients you already have rather than hunting for new ones.

Harvard Business Review’s audit of 2,241 companies found that companies contacting a lead within the first hour were about seven times more likely to qualify it. Recovering a few appointments a week from no-shows and drift is the difference between a quiet month and a full one.

Questions from salons

The ones we get asked most

We already take bookings through an app. Does this replace it?

No — we'd rather build on it. If your booking app has a way to connect, the reminders, waitlist and rebooking nudges run off the appointments already in it. Tell us what you use on the call and we'll tell you honestly whether it connects.

What does the waitlist fill actually do?

When a booking cancels, the slot goes out to the people who asked to be told about openings, first come first served. It turns a cancellation from a hole in the day into a text message.

Will this feel impersonal to my regulars?

It's written in your voice and it's saying the things you'd say if you had time — your usual gap is about five weeks, want your chair? Clients read that as being looked after. The impersonal version is the one where nobody contacts them at all.

Not quite you?
