Automation for shops

Built for auto shops.

Service reminders that bring cars back, estimates that get approved, and bays that don't sit empty.

You don’t need a new website for any of this.

If yours works, we’ll build on it. Everything below runs off your phone number, your inbox and the tools you already use.

Where the work leaks

Every car you service is a customer who needs you again in six months, and almost none of them will remember that. They'll remember when something starts making a noise, and by then whoever sent them a reminder in month five already has the booking. The work was yours to keep and it left because nobody wrote to them.

Estimates stall in the same way. You call, they don't pick up, you leave a voicemail, the car sits on the lift taking up a bay that could be earning. Every hour a vehicle waits on an approval nobody chased is an hour of capacity you can't sell twice.

And the front desk absorbs all of it — confirming tomorrow's appointments, calling about approvals, chasing the people who didn't show. That's a real wage being spent on work that a reminder could have done at three in the morning.

Where we’d start

Service reminders by mileage and date

It's the one that refills the schedule on its own, and the effect compounds — every car you service this month becomes a booking six months out.

Harvard Business Review’s audit of 2,241 companies found that companies contacting a lead within the first hour were about seven times more likely to qualify it. A bay sitting idle costs you the whole day's labour on it, so recovering even a handful of bookings a month changes the number at the bottom.

Questions from shops

The ones we get asked most

How do the mileage-based reminders know when to fire?

From what you already record at the service — mileage in, date, and the interval for that service type. We set the intervals with you on the mapping call, and they estimate forward from average driving. It's not guesswork; it's the same arithmetic your service advisor does in their head, run automatically.

Will customers find the reminders annoying?

Not at the frequencies we set, and every message carries an opt-out. The businesses that annoy people are the ones sending weekly promotions. A reminder that your car is due is the kind of message customers routinely thank you for.

Do I need a new website?

No. Reminders, confirmations and estimate approvals all run independently of the site. If yours works, we build on it.
