Automation for restaurants
Built for restaurants.
Reservations that get kept, catering inquiries that get answered, and regulars who get remembered.
You don’t need a new website for any of this.
If yours works, we’ll build on it. Everything below runs off your phone number, your inbox and the tools you already use.
Where the work leaks
A table booked and not honoured costs you the whole cover, and on a Saturday you had a queue of people who'd have taken it. A reminder the day before recovers a large share of those, but only if something sends it every single day without anyone remembering to.
Catering is the one that actually hurts. Those inquiries are worth many times an average cover, and they arrive by email at eleven at night to an inbox that gets checked between services. By the time anyone replies, the person planning the event has three quotes and has stopped reading. High-value work, lost to a response time nobody had capacity to fix.
And reviews decide whether the next person walks in at all. Someone has a genuinely good night, says so to their server, and then never writes it down — while the one guest who had a bad experience posts about it that evening. Without asking, your public rating is assembled almost entirely by your unhappiest customers.
Where we’d start
Catering inquiries, answered fast
It's the highest-value message that hits your inbox, and it's the one most likely to be answered too late.
Harvard Business Review’s audit of 2,241 companies found that companies contacting a lead within the first hour were about seven times more likely to qualify it. One catering booking is worth dozens of covers, so answering those inquiries in minutes instead of days changes the maths on its own.

Questions from restaurants
The ones we get asked most
Does this replace our reservation system?
No. Reminders and waitlist messages run off the bookings already in whatever you use. We connect to it rather than replacing it.
How do the review requests work?
After a visit, guests get a short ask. Happy guests go straight to your public listing; anyone unhappy reaches you privately first, so you get the chance to fix it before it's public. That's not hiding criticism — it's hearing it in time to do something about it.
We're busy every weekend. Is this worth it for us?
Possibly not for covers — but catering and private events are usually still leaking, and those are the highest-margin bookings you take. If the only thing this fixed was answering event inquiries in minutes, it would still pay.
